At the beginning, there was a basic introduction about the team, and I was asked about my area of expertise. However, after that, the interviewer kept asking me questions about areas where I have no experience, while ignoring my statements that I had not worked in those specific areas.
I'm guessing they hire people based on immediate needs rather than on what individuals are good at and can contribute.
Additionally, I asked how they develop their employees, but it seems they do not have a plan for that.
