Data & AI Specialist Interview Experience - Barcelona, Spain

Process

In the initial phone interview, the only thing they really wanted to know was whether I had a Spanish work permit.

I went through a lengthy application process and waited for this interview for two months.

They could have at least mentioned in the job posting that they don't provide visa sponsorship for this position, like Google and Microsoft do, but they didn't.

I was literally an ideal candidate for this position, but they wouldn't bother sponsoring my work visa.

Way to go if you want to attract international talent!

Apple is completely unfit to call themselves an 'equal' opportunity employer.
