I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days.
Recruiter reached out to me to set up a time for HM call, no recruiter call beforehand, we communicate online and the first round is with Hiring Manager. Recruiter attached the JD in the email but the job post already removed from the website so I have no clue what the interview is about, and recruiter is not responding to any follow up question I have with the interview.

Cons: Understaffed, work-life balance is mid-bad. It's a hardware-first, technology-second company. Wearing multiple hats sounds like a good opportunity for learning, but there's almost no time to do that with such a broad variety of responsibilities.
