Process
Through referral, I was contacted quickly. Scheduling the interview took 2 weeks due to time zones. I had one technical round (45 min); I expected DSA but it turned out to be data engineering related. The interviewer wasn't very approachable, seemed unmotivated, and didn't give much feedback.
After that, I waited for 5 weeks without a response. Only after asking 3 times did I get officially rejected. Not a great experience.
