Cons: Apple is a hardware company; it is not a software company. All decisions can be expected coming from the very top down, and the infrastructure is really poor.

Pros: Innovation, great people, and you really feel like you're someplace that's changing the world. I loved it there.
Cons: You get a sense of being out of the loop at times. Various departments are shut off from one another. It's very competitive too.
