Pros: Pay is good, but CA is so expensive it doesn't really matter.
Cons: Horrible working culture. Horrible hours. Prepare to say goodbye to your sleep, mental/physical health, time, relationships, etc.
There are pockets of culture within the company, though. Could be better in other places.
