Challenging projects, good pay and benefits.
A very stable company with long-term vision.
It's great seeing your products everywhere.
Apple throws good parties (although they are getting a little crowded these days).
Work-life balance is better than previous experiences I've had.
Cons: It's a big company, so bureaucracy creep occurs.
