Overall a fair process, albeit long.

Pros: Very attractive salary and stock options plan.
Cons: Very large teams dispersed in all geographies. It's hard to communicate and learn, with a lot of time spent in meetings and synchronization.
Poor work-life balance, with meetings at odd times.
The company and management structure is quite bureaucratic. It's hard for newcomers to break into existing cliques.
