I got the position through a referral.
The recruiter and team manager loved me.
I only had one technical interview, which wasn't a coding assessment but rather a discussion about tech stacks. The interviewer was nice, yet aloof, and seemed bored by the end. A strange question involved React's internals and architecture, even though the team used a completely different frontend stack. I couldn't understand the purpose of this question, as the job wasn't related to building a new frontend framework.
