The recruiter first conducts a phone screen. If that goes well, you will have phone screens with the hiring manager and members of their team.
The recruiter phone screen is pretty simple. The technical screens involved drilling me about electronics principles and testing my ability to read schematics.

Cons: Pay is low.
Depending on what project you work on, working weekends for six months in a row is tough.
A lot of new people with little real-life experience; also, a lot of people believe it is a religion.
