I applied online to the job posting. The hiring manager then reached out to me through a recruiter. After speaking with the recruiter, a phone screen was scheduled.
The interviewer immediately started testing me upon picking up the phone. I had an over-the-phone interview where they tested my coding skills using CoderPad. A number of questions were asked. They said I could use any language I wanted, but it became clear during the call that they preferred Python or Java.
