I gave two interviews. The first was a technical round, and the second was an HM (hiring manager) interview. I believe I "blew up" the second one because no one informed me of its focus. I also messed up the "What is your most challenging work?" question because I was describing my last week's challenges at the time.
The first interview covered the basics of my past projects. The second interview was a mix of behavioral questions and a technical deep dive into projects.
Additionally, I dislike it when interviewers type constantly during the interview. I assume they are providing feedback in real-time.
The recruiting process has been frustrating. They don't reply if you are rejected. I have been ghosted.
