The interview consisted of two rounds: coding and a technical interview.
The coding round was easy.
The technical interview was pretty demanding, with super difficult questions based on NLP research.
I interviewed for the Machine Learning Research Intern role. The team was working with NLP and Speech Processing.

Pros: All the work that I did and that I was able to see was very interesting and rewarding, although I was only able to see a small part of it.
Cons: Work at Apple is very secretive. I spoke to other interns, and they weren't able to share much about what they were working on. I only know what a few of my teammates were working on. This also meant a slow process of getting sign-off and working on features.
