I applied online. The process took 1 week.
Two consecutive sessions of 1 hr each with one member of the team I was interviewing for. The process is 7 sessions, I was declined after 2. The questions had very little to do with Machine Learning or Research, they didn't seem interested in research or papers I published, went straight to riddle questions, which was very weird and disrespectful. They asked about topics that I explicitly told them I had no experience in.
