I only made it to the second round, but it was very difficult.
The first interview was alright. I was mostly asked basic technical questions about the stress/strain curve of different materials, an I-beam question, and a brain teaser about the displacement of water.
For the second interview, it was a phone interview. I was asked very specific questions about how to test glass, including what machines I would use and what tests I would conduct.
I was interviewing straight out of college, so I had very little knowledge about testing glass. Consequently, I did not make it past this round.
What does the stress/strain curve of wood look like?
