I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
Terrible experience. The interviewer rushed through my projects and then asked the difference between two dates from scratch, gave me 8 minutes to solve it before stopping me and asking, "What can you optimize here?". This is for a ML Engineer position; getting the difference between two dates does not test algorithmic proficiency at any level. Really frustrating and bad experience overall.
