Post Silicon Validation Engineer - Student Interview Experience - Herzliya, Israel

May 1, 2015
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The process involved two consecutive one-on-one interviews, each lasting one hour. No personal questions were asked; the focus remained strictly professional. The interviews primarily consisted of a brief "how are you" followed immediately by discussions on programming and circuit designing. I personally felt unprepared for this approach, and it left me quite confused. A few days after the interviews, I received a negative response.

Questions

Three horses are having a race.

At the finish line of each lane, there is a detector which gives a logical '1' when a horse crosses the line.

Design a circuit which will let you know which horse won the race, even if checked after a long time.
