Process
A very long process.
There were many interviews, including three with the hiring manager. I had to present the design challenge to the panel, and several one-on-one interviews with different team members. Preparing for the design challenge was a lot of work.
After a month-long process, right after the final one-on-one interviews, the hiring manager and the recruiter went quiet. Not a single word from them.
They did not even have the courtesy to say that they had moved on with another candidate. This was very unprofessional and rude.
