I applied online, possibly through Craigslist or Monster.
It was through an HR agency, so the questions were very basic and nothing particularly worth mentioning.
I did not have any interviews with employees. The agency emailed me to schedule a phone interview.
They asked questions about my resume and some technical questions about the QA process.
