Process
The recruiters I spoke to were nice and friendly. However, after the first phone interview with someone on the team, which I felt I didn't do well on as I was not well prepared, I was very surprised to find that they wouldn't even send me an email to let me know they would continue looking for someone else.
From a large, reputable company with what I assume is an established hiring process, this was very surprising in this era.
