Process
I went through six interview panels with seven different people. After my third interview, I was given a case problem to solve, and they wasted my time. They stated I was overqualified for the position since I was a Project Manager in my current role. I wanted to learn the QA aspect of the SDLC, which is why I applied for the position. I explained this in my very first interview.
