Pros: Very cool coworkers and staff, simple tasks, etc.

Cons: Don't pick your own hours; it's far away from home.

Pros: Great place to work when in the right group.

Cons: The benefits are not very good compared to other big players.

Pros: If you're fortunate enough to land on the right team, you'll get design, engineering, and hardware resources and be able to do meaningful work. Benefits like health insurance, 401k matching, and stock purchase plan are good.

Cons: Things are very decentralized, and there's little visibility outside of your team. Some teams just struggle to get resources. The company is massive but only seems to really care about or prioritize certain projects that executives are interested in. Tons of bureaucracy. It does not feel like you can grow a career here past the lowest levels. Promotions are extremely difficult to get. Most people are focused on their own careers, meeting deadlines, and getting their managers off their backs. People like to say they care about the customer, but most meetings are just about getting stuff out the door on time, not about quality products. Employee perks are nonexistent. You will find yourself being told that the perks of working for Apple are working for Apple. Parking is atrocious. I spend 30+ minutes a day parking.
