Pros: I enjoyed my time there.

Cons: Don't have anything negative to say.

Pros: Get to work on technology that is used by so many people. It's a very exciting place to work. The Steve Jobs keynote presentations are as close to 'rock star' as an engineer is ever going to get.

Cons: The company does not encourage innovation from within. If an idea doesn't come from Steve Jobs, it's not worth looking into. Vacation is weak. You start with 12 days of time off, with a week shutdown at Christmas. You must be there for three years before you begin to accrue 15 days of vacation a year. For a company that is basically printing money in Cupertino and making a ton of profit, the fact that there is no profit sharing is a very glaring flaw.

Pros: Great perks, really smart coworkers and managers.

Cons: De-humanizing, soul-sucking, and surprisingly messy.
