I applied through the Apple Careers site and received a call from a recruiter. A telephonic interview was then scheduled.
The first telephonic interview went well, with most questions focusing on Data Structures, Threading, and Core Java.
I received positive feedback, and a second round was scheduled.
In the second round, the interviewer did not call at the mentioned time. I had to reach out to the recruiter for an update, and then received a call an hour later. The interviewer seemed very busy and was looking for a reason to reject me. With only three basic questions, which I answered correctly, the interview was wrapped up.
I am not sure how a person can be evaluated with just three questions.
After that, I did not receive any calls from the recruiter. When I tried to reach her, she told me that the position was already filled. So, why did they set up the interview in the first place if the position was already filled? It was a complete waste of time and effort.
