I was told the reason was due to previous "consulting experience," which was nowhere on my resume.

Pros: 1. Fast-paced feature rollout. So, there's great scope to learn.
2. Patience is key when it comes to getting to working on production-ready code and taking ownership of features. Don't expect too much initially.
Cons: Nothing is free to eat at the office, and there's nothing of the sort to relax at the workplace.
