Frustrating experience:
I was contacted by the hiring manager, but the recruiter took more than one month to get back.
They then planned six rounds of interviews and were very unaccommodating with changing interview dates.
Interviewers asked very casual, current job-related questions, with no technical questions regarding DSA or other CS topics.
The following week, the recruiter sent a rejection stating that my skills did not meet the job requirements. If this were the case, why was I contacted in the first place?
Very bad experience.
