I was phone interviewed by two different groups. The questions were very general and not difficult, but their recruiters were terrible. They never replied to my emails or told me the results. Additionally, the engineers were arrogant and did not respect others.

Pros: Great benefits and pay, flexible hours, large amounts of learning resources, and very nice people.
It's an amazing experience, and it's hard to understate how awesome the food is.
They also have a lot of great programs for interns, specifically to help make the Apple experience even more amazing.
Cons: When deadlines are coming up, hours get very intense, and other employees can get sucked into work, so interns have to be self-sufficient.

Cons: Internal politics can slow down your growth. Sometimes things move slowly due to all the internal secrecy.
