Pros: Directly talk to the high-level managers. You can share your good ideas with them and also ask for some advance. Lots of interesting activities. Strong sense of belonging.
Cons: There are strict limits on what you can do or where you can go, and what you cannot do or go. At first, this may make you a little uncomfortable.
