Process

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

The process took over a month to complete. It starts with a recruiter email, mentioning the process and asks for availability for the recruiter screening.

Recruiter Screening:

  • It was straightforward.
  • Recruiter asked few JS concepts and how do I use AI for my productivity.

Technical Screening:

  • I was asked a leetcode question.
  • And after that we chatted about the team and the role.

On-site virtual loop:

  • 1 (with hiring manager) - Interview covered full-stack concepts and coding challenges in JS.
  • 2 (Technical Screening) - 3 leetcode problems, one easy and other 2 medium questions.
  • 3 (Technical Screening) - 2 leetcode problems, one easy and one medium question.
  • 4 (System Design) - Gave a system design question, first clarified the requirements and constraints. Then started with the system design and design choices and tradeoffs.
  • 5 (Behavioural) - Not a technical behavioural round, mostly based on the communication skills. This team had high expectations on communication skills as told by my recruiter.

Got a call from the recruiter after a week with the feedbacks for each and every round.
