Pros: Exciting work in the ML domain.

Cons: Work and experience are highly team dependent.

Pros: A very casual work environment. Problems are almost always met with questions and not accusations.

Cons: Some full-time employees assume that because they're full-time, they know more than they actually do, even when they don't. They presume to tell others what's best without even entertaining anything contrary to their own beliefs, which they often refuse to explain. There's an expectation to simply do a certain type of work without backing up any of those reasons with supporting evidence or even giving employees insight into why those decisions were made.

Pros: The engineers in the company are all top-notched.

Cons: There is very limited space for personal growth. You will be doing the same thing for many years if you don't move.
