I attended the Grace Hopper Conference 2023. I waited for 3 hours in line to talk with a hiring manager for 4 minutes. You just have to sell yourself in the 4-minute meet. I was a bit nervous and got anxious as I saw surrounding people with excellent skills in their profiles, and they were almost shouting. I would say the mistake was in me and in getting too nervous. The lesson I learned from GHC is that you should never compare yourself to others. Once that thought comes, it's doomed.

Why I am saying this is I performed well in interviews face-to-face and in-person, but interviewing in a crowd is very demotivating to me.
