I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
I applied through their careers website and about three weeks later I got an email from the recruiter saying that they would like to schedule an interview for me with the hiring manager for the role. It took about a week for them to be able to schedule the interview and then they scheduled the interview for the week after. They told me that in total, including the hiring manager interview, it would have been five interviews.
However when I met with the hiring manager, he seemed very confused as to why he was interviewing me. He even mentioned that my profile didn't match the type of people he usually interviewed. I'm still wondering why I never had a recruiter interview or why my application was put forward if it really didn't even match the role.
