Software Engineer Interview Experience - United Kingdom
Process
The interview process is pretty standard.
However, Apple does not provide interview feedback upon rejection, even after a candidate has finished seven or eight interviews with the hiring team. This is disheartening, as the candidate has no way of knowing how they can improve for the future, even after a significant time investment.
This speaks poorly about the organization's hiring process, in my opinion.
As a result, I will not consider nor recommend applying to Apple.
