Pros: Great CEO and direction. An amazing place to grow and learn about things that matter, like attention to detail and software practices. Great perks (healthcare, free beer bashes, etc.) and a top-class gym facility for pennies on the dollar.
Cons: Every man/woman for themselves culture sometimes, but that isn't such a big deal if you are mentally prepared for the competitiveness of the Bay Area.
