Process
For the IS&T intern program, the first stage of interviews is a behavioral interview. You are generally evaluated based on your culture fit with the company and interest in the program.
If you seem like a good fit, you advance to the second stage of interviews, which are more technical. You will be interviewed by the person to whom you would report directly if you get the position.
While you may be asked to code, you may alternatively be tested on how well you understand the concepts relevant to the team you are being interviewed for.
