The hiring process seemed okay, but I'm not sure what they were really looking for. They asked random questions in every subject, not focusing on a candidate's specific strengths. Another issue was when I asked about the job or role definition; the interviewer didn't explain it well, making it difficult for me to get more from the discussion. Overall, it was an "okay" experience – not too bad and not too good.
The questions were not very difficult, though.
