The interview process involved a phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
The phone interview was quite easy, and the onsite interview included only one coding interview.
I did not enjoy the onsite portion; the people were not very friendly.

Pros: You have a say in making the world's best products.
Cons: Since secrecy is such a high value, it's hard to get insight into other teams. Navigating internal transfers can thus be hard, especially since you still have to do a panel interview day.
