Process
The first round was directly with the hiring manager. We went over my background, and then there was a coding test.
I had a first solution to it, but it wasn't optimized. I then provided a second version that was optimized.
I believe I showed good thought process and solved the problem twice, but I haven't heard back anything since. I didn't even receive an email saying that it didn't work out. Nothing at all.
This is quite frustrating.
