I was contacted after dropping off my resume. The interview process was speeded up, involving one phone technical interview and then one phone interview that was half technical and half personality-based.
The phone interview was a pretty standard coding interview. The second screen was technical, asking me how I would function in a coding environment and go about solving technical challenges, but the rest of it was more informative.
