Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

  1. Spoke with recruiter.

  2. Phone screen by hiring manager. Mainly focused on behavioral questions and background. Walked through my experience and management style.

  3. First round interview with program manager, technical managers, and engineers.

  4. Second round interview with hiring manager and cross-functional teams' management (product, QA, development), and VP.

Questions

Most of the questions were behavioral. For example:

  • How do you build your team?
  • How do you develop your people?
  • Can you tell me about a learning you had from one of your successes or failures, and how would you do it differently next time?

On technical questions, they might ask:

  • How does caching work on websites?
  • How does Akamai work?
