SQA Engineer Interview Experience - Cupertino, California

Process

First, there was a call with HR. Then, I was given a few Gas Gauging videos to watch and understand.

I then had a call with the manager of the team about the information I learned from the Gas Gauging videos.

Following this, I had a full day of interviews (about 5-6). During these interviews, I met with:

  • Engineers on the team I was interviewing for
  • Managers on teams that worked with the Battery team
  • Upper-level management

Questions

They mostly asked me testing questions. For example, how would I test a product if it was not working?

How would I test another product in a limited time to see if it works for the specified wear and tear that it would normally go through?

I also received more questions regarding the Gas Gauging videos I had to watch.

Was this helpful?
