Process

The first round was a phone screen with the hiring manager. It was mostly technical.

I was called onsite after three weeks. It consisted of six interviewers for about five hours. I loved the experience; all the interviewers were very friendly and encouraging. The interviews were mostly technical and situational based questions.

I was told that they would let me know by the beginning of next week, and they offered me the position, which I accepted.

Questions

How else would you make them?
