The hiring manager seemed disinclined to hire, as the recruiter responded two months after the job posting. The recruiter provided minimal information. Upon inquiry, they stated there would be a coding round. The hiring manager appeared to be in a hurry and showed no intention of hiring candidates. Their camera remained off (though they ensured mine was on), and they repeatedly muted themselves, conversed with others, and so on. The interview concluded abruptly after 20 minutes with no prior indication. They simply stated, "I am busy, bye."
