I had a phone screen with technical questions on SW/FW and the 802.11 protocol, followed by an on-site interview. I was expecting more in-depth software/firmware and 802.11 protocol questions. However, I was somewhat surprised by how rudimentary the questions and the on-site interview process were. Either the interviewers did not prepare enough, or their knowledge of WiFi and 802.11 is at an elementary stage. There were no in-depth questions.
