Working with a lot of experienced and excellent engineers. Feeling proud and competent. A lot of equipment and state-of-the-art labs to use.
Limited teamwork. Everyone works on his own, mainly because of a secrecy policy.
No internal documents, so you have to ask a lot and know who to ask.
Well, a management crisis, maybe? Just like any other big company. Nobody can make a decision like Steve Jobs anymore, so you know how that is.
It was a "get to know you" interview, so technical questions were limited. The interviewer asked about my resume and course details, though they were from the concerned department.
It was really smooth, and I didn't feel nervous at any point. It was very easy to introduce myself and talk about my past experiences relevant to the role.
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
