Low pay. Not much movement and little promotion. No perks like other tech companies (food, snacks, open spaces for breaks limited).
Listen to all analysts, not only those who wanted to be friends of management. That creates a culture of favoritism and nepotism, which is all too common to see. A good work atmosphere is not only for friends of management.
