Pros

You get paid slightly above other tech companies.

Cons

Quality of benefits keeps rolling downhill. You get hired for a position, and you will be working more than one. Corporate propaganda is used to make you feel like you are never enough, and there's psycho mumbling that everyone is included. From area managers and up, it gets very white. Although you receive stock, it’s vested so if you leave, you lose the money that was already earned by you. All this can seem petty or irrelevant. I don’t know and I don’t care. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was the email Tim Cook sent to all of Apple, proudly announcing his unwavering support for an entity who’s been found guilty of committing genocide. Sad.

Advice to Management

Please stop treating the women, men, and children as trash. Stop the inhumane conditions they work in so you can have your trillionaire class satisfied.
