I like the teamwork and the ability to own a project.
Permission issues were my greatest enemy, as you may have to wait a while to get some sort of access.

It was very straightforward. They were very professional, and the compensation packages I heard were very reasonable. They also had a mini-test, which was quite interesting to say the least.
