Starting to be stingy with some benefits (food services, etc.). Some people in management can be a little abrasive.
Don't be so cheap with some basic benefits. You're raking in money hand over fist; you don't need to nickel and dime us.

Software Engineer (Internship)
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
