I applied for a software engineering position and had interviews three times. Two were via Teams video, and one was in person. It was a really great experience, and I hope the results will come back positive.

The process took about 3 weeks but has many steps: * Speak with the recruiter on the phone. * Phone interview with an engineer on the team who will grill you on the fundamentals of mechanical engineering. * Design challenge. * Day 1 of onsite: 30-mi

Overall, the experience was not bad, and everyone was very nice. First was a take-home coding assignment. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the interview, and the process ended. This is a pretty standard process, similar to most tech companies.
